What's New

The girls, Easter 2010.

Here's what's new since our Rome Trip, which was Fall 2009.

Gracie is getting taller, and weighs about 27 pounds.
Gracie is officially enrolled in pre-school. Not pre-kindergarden. She'll be one of the oldest kids in her class. That's OK with us. She's not dating until she's 35 anyway.

We went to Laguna Beach for a few days during February. The weather was perfect. Better than summer.

I'm around 44 working days from retirement.
It's like running a marathon, and toward then end they added two miles. Uphill.

We had a lovely, lovely Easter with two parties. One at home in the morning, the other at friends. Gracie thought it was great.

On the China adoption redux - nothing. Our homestudy has expired and we will just let things sit. We are still in line in China but we are likely not to be matched for about a hundred years.

Our summer plans are in the works. Here's a clue: Beach. Surprised?
