CDC allows Harper to come home

Good News - the adopted daughter left behind in China has been allowed to come back to the United States. She is apparently home. Washington Post and NPR have been covering the story and there are some updates coming tomorrow (Thursday, August 27). Not many details yet, but I think the newsmedia began to show the State Department pointing fingers at the CDC and vice versa. The TB rule by the CDC still stands, though. But Harper is home.
